Moshe Metzger

Moshe Metzger is a partner with McGladrey’s Financial Services Tax Group in New York, and a leader of the
group’s Consulting Services Division. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in tax planning involving
the structure of onshore/offshore hedge funds. Moshe provides transactional advice on the tax impacts of
securities trading and guidance on compensation structuring for financial services enterprises. He also advises
international management companies about their structure and trading activities.
Prior to joining the firm, Moshe was the Chief Financial Officer and Tax Director at Andor Capital Management, a
Connecticut-based $10 billion dollar group of hedge funds with onshore and offshore investment vehicles. He was
responsible for all aspects of fund administration, accounting, auditing and tax reporting for Andor’s funds.

Peter Kilbinger Hansen is the Chairman of Battea - Class Action Services, LLC, the leading provider of
securities class action settlement recovery services to the institutional investment community. Throughout his
twenty-plus year career, Mr. Hansen founded several private and public companies (AMEX and Nasdaq), including
broker/ dealers, a clearing corporation and a leading US equity institutional stock-crossing Alternative Trading
System (ATS). Mr. Hansen has been featured on CNN globally, speaking on the topic of risk management.
Possessing significant global operations, compliance and financial transaction processing experience, Mr. Hansen
has lead several equity financings, including public and private offerings, and successful financings. A native
of Denmark, Mr. Hansen holds economics degrees from Neil's Brock Business School of Copenhagen and the
Copenhagen University of Language and Economics.
Matthew S. Eisenberg

Matthew Eisenberg has more than 20 years of experience providing legal and regulatory advice to hedge funds,
funds of funds, private equity funds, investment advisers, placement agents, institutional investors and other
industry participants.
Matthew began his legal career in 1990 as an associate at the New York City law firm of Rogers & Wells. In
1993, he became an associate at Winthrop, Stimson Putnam & Rogers & Wells. In 1993, he became an
associate at Winthrop, Stimson Putnam & Roberts, another New York City law firm. In 1996, Matthew co-founded an
investment management boutique law firm in Fairfield County, Connecticut, which catered to the then burgeoning
hedge fund industry. In 2007, Matthew joined Finn Dixon & Herling.
