Nitin Motwani is managing principal of Miami Worldcenter Associates, a joint venture between South Florida-based
Falcone Group and Centurion Partners to develop Miami Worldcenter, a 26 acres large mixed-use project in the
heart of downtown Miami. Earlier in his career, Mr. Motwani was the President of Merrimac Ventures where he
oversaw the acquisition, entitlement, asset management and disposition of various hotel, office, retail and
residential assets. He has also served as an equity derivatives trader at Goldman Sachs in New York. Mr. Motwani
currently serves as a member of the board of the Miami Downtown Development Authority and chairs the Economic
Development and Marketing Committees and is also a Board member of the University of Miami’s Master in Real
Estate Development and Urbanism.

Les Baquiran was a Principal at Park Hill, a division of Blackstone that raises assets for alternative investment
managers. Prior to joining Park Hill, he was a Managing Director at ISI in Institutional Sales covering
alternative and traditional asset managers in the Americas, Asia and Australia. Prior to that he worked at
Brown Brothers Harriman as an Equity Research analyst. Les has guest lectured or advised on curriculum on
investment management and emerging markets at Yale, Harvard, Stanford and New York University.

investment manager at Baring Asset Management where he focused on Latin American and U.S. High Yield
markets and worked at Fidelity Management and Research in its Special Situations Fund. He holds a B.S.
in Management from Norwich University and an M.B.A. from the Boston University Graduate School of
