Meredith has more than 15 years of experience in the alternative investment industry, with extensive expertise in
research, writing, consulting, marketing, business development, due diligence, index construction and asset allocation.
Her research has been published in a number of books and journals and in the international press.

Steven R. Gerbel

Steven R. Gerbel is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Chicago Capital Management, LP, an absolute return
merger arbitrage strategy fund. Steven has over 20 years of experience managing hedge funds focused on merger arbitrage
and convertible arbitrage markets. Prior to founding Chicago Capital Management LP and its management company, Brown
Trout Management, LLC, Steven was a general partner at First Capital Management LP, a Chicago-based hedge fund focused
on merger and convertible arbitrage, value investing, and distressed markets. Prior to this, Steven traded commodities
on the Mid-American Commodities Exchange at the Chicago Board of Trade and acted as a “local” engaged in trading U.S.
Treasury bond futures for his own account.
Jonathan Moog

Mr. Moog joined Lizard Investors LLC in 2008. He is a principal on the investment team, sharing responsibility for
global stock selection and risk management of the portfolio. Prior to joining Lizard, Mr. Moog was a senior analyst at
Brightpoint Capital, a long-short hedge fund managed by H.I.G. From 2005 through 2006, he served as a private equity due
diligence consultant at Investor Group Services. Mr. Moog started his career in 2000 as an equity research associate
Loomis, Sayles & Co.
William E. Wolf

Mr. Wolf is one of the founding principals of BW Capital Partners and is its managing partner. Mr. Wolf assists with the
oversight of BW Capital Partners’ hedge fund, BW Opportunity Partners, L.P., and is directly responsible for the
management of BW Capital Partners’ Private Equity business. Prior to founding BW Capital Partners in November 2011, Mr.
Wolf was a principal at Talon Asset Management, LLC. During his 12-year tenure at Talon, Mr. Wolf had varied
responsibilities, including being the Talon principal responsible for the oversight of Talon’s Private Equity
investments, serving as Director of Research and serving on Talon’s Board of Managers.
Kelly Cardwell, CFA

Kelly Cardwell is the sole manager of Central Square Management LLC. The flagship Central Square Capital LP fund was
formed in 2007 as a concentrated, value oriented long/short equity fund. In 2009, Mr. Cardwell was named one of
Institutional Investor News’ Rising Stars of Hedge Funds. Previously, he worked at Fidelity Investments as both an
Analyst and Portfolio Manager. He started in 1997 as an analyst covering various Consumer and Cyclical industries. In
June 2001, he assumed coverage of the Automotive sector and began management of the $60 Million Select Automotive Fund.
After a successful stint on the Automotive Fund, he transitioned coverage to Software and began management of the $1
Billion Select Software and Computer Services Fund in December 2002. After a 4 year period at the helm which included a
#1 overall performance among Science & Technology funds in 2006, Mr. Cardwell departed Fidelity in March 2007 to launch
Central Square Management LLC.
Adam J. Patinkin, CFA

Mr. Adam J. Patinkin, CFA, is the Managing Member and Portfolio Manager of David Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to
founding David Capital Partners, LLC, Mr. Patinkin was a member of the investment team at Chicago-based Sheffield Asset
Management, L.L.C., a $500M long/short equity hedge fund. Mr. Patinkin specializes in cyclical industries and businesses
undergoing substantial structural or competitive change. His equity investment experience covers a wide range of sectors
and is augmented by significant work involving commodities, credit, derivatives, and special situations. Mr. Patinkin
holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College with a double-major in
History and Government.
Dianna L. Di lorio, CFA

Grosvenor Capital Management
Ms. Di Iorio joined the Firm in 2007 and is a member of Grosvenor’s Investments Department and is a Portfolio Manager.
Previously, Ms. Di Iorio was actively involved in strategy and manager research and monitoring, with a focus on equity
and global macro strategies. Prior to joining Grosvenor, Ms. Di lorio was a Senior Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs
in Private Wealth Management and worked closely with clients to make asset allocation and manager selection decisions.
She was also previously at the JPMorgan Private Bank, where she worked with bankers, investors, wealth advisors, and
fiduciary officers to service ultra high net worth individuals. Ms. Di lorio received her Bachelor of Arts cum laude
with department honors, double majoring in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences, from Northwestern
University. Ms. Di Iorio is currently enrolled in the University of Chicago Booth School of Business part-time MBA
program. Ms. Di Iorio holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Mr. Schwab has devoted over a decade of his career to improving the quality and diversity of information and research on
the hedge fund industry. He currently heads up new business development efforts for HFR Hedge Fund Database & Research
Products. He also practiced law in the Corporate Department of the law firm Katten Muchin Zavis in Chicago. He holds a
J.D./MBA from the University of Michigan. Mr. Schwab also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration
from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
