Luis D. Laboy, CFA, Senior Managing Director, is responsible for global thematic research. He has 17 years of
experience in global emerging markets investment management and research, including 9 as head of Latin America
research at Everest Capital. Prior to joining Everest Capital in 2002, Mr. Laboy was a global emerging markets
portfolio manager and equity analyst with Dresdner RCM Global Investors. He also worked as an analyst with
Dresdner Bank Mexico in Mexico City. Mr. Laboy earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of New Hampshire
and is a CFA charter holder. He speaks fluent Spanish and conversational Portuguese

Michael J. Levas has been in the investment management business for over twenty years and is the founder, senior
managing principal & director of trading at the Olympian Group of Investment Management Co's. Prior to Olympian,
he was a VP and Portfolio Manager in the Private Client Group at Lehman Brothers Inc. Prior to that, he was a VP
with SG Cowen, UBS PaineWebber, and Bear Stearns where he managed in excess of $250 million in both institutional
and retail portfolios.

David R. Friedland is President of The Hedge Fund Association and President of Magnum U.S. Investments, Inc.
Magnum, founded in 1994, manages funds of hedge funds and sponsors and markets single manager hedge funds. David
is one of the principals of the general partner of the two domestic funds offered by Magnum, namely Magnum
Growth Fund LP and Masters Research Partners LP. David received a BBA in Finance cum laude from the University
of Miami in 1993 and received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from University of Miami in 1996. David joined
Magnum in 1996.

Marcelo P. Lima is the managing member of Heller House, a value-oriented investment management company focused
on event-driven, undervalued securities globally. Prior to founding Heller House, Mr. Lima worked in the
acquisition and financing of commercial and residential real estate, and was an analyst at New York based hedge
fund T2 Partners. Mr. Lima graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
