Dr. Pang Yang

As Chief Executive Officer of SAFS, Mr. Pang manages business development of the firm and oversees all business
units. Prior to joining SAFS, Mr. Pang was on the Management Committee of ZAIS Group where he developed advisory
service business and oversaw the operations of fund management activities. While at ZAIS, Mr. Pang, founded ZAIS
Solutions and served as President, and he also founded ZAIS Solutions Shanghai and served as Chairman. Before
joining ZAIS, Mr. Pang worked at RiskMetrics Group where he was responsible for the CDO analytics product. Prior
to working in financial industry, Mr. Pang was an assistant professor of physics at Columbia University, and he
also held research positions at various universities and national laboratories in US. In addition to his
responsibilities with SAFS, Mr. Pang also serves as Chairman of Influx Asset Management – a Chinese PE
investment management company, and Vice Chairman of Chinese Association for Science and Business – a nonprofit
organization for promoting scientific and culture exchanges with China. Mr. Pang received B.S. from Fudan
University in Shanghai, and Ph.D. in physics from Columbia University in New York.
Kevin T. Carter

Kevin T. Carter is a Co-founder, the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Investment Committee of BaoCap.
Prior to BaoCap he held similar positions at its predecessor firm. He was the Founder, Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Active Index Advisors ("AIA"). AIA was acquired by NATIXIS Asset Management in December
2004. Prior to founding AIA, he was the Founder and CEO of Electronic Investing Corporation ("EIC") which was
acquired by E*TRADE Group in July 2000. Prior to EIC, Mr. Carter worked for firms including Feshbach Brothers,
Prudential Securities, and Robertson Stephens & Co. Mr. Carter received a B.A. in Economics from the
University of Arizona.
Kenny Li

Mr. Li has 20 years previous experience in investment banking. Mr. Li started his banking career as an Asian
High Yield Bond and Asian Foreign Exchange proprietary trader at Credit Lyonnais. With his Asia focus, he went
on to head up distribution and co-investment strategies in the areas of listed and pre-ipo corporate high yield
& distressed debts, equity-linked, debt-linked, mezzanine structured finance to global hedge funds and
private equity funds. Serving as the Head of Department, he was responsible for the build out and leading of
these businesses at Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse First Boston and JP Morgan Chase.
